Ain is a neutral city enclosed by a gigantic wall.
History[]
Ain was developed out of an oasis in the vast desert. The fine arts bloomed in this city, which accepted all sorts of artists who loathed the war between the Empire and the Sovereignty. In here, they developed a melting pot of culture. But most of all, the neutral city was known as the place for opera.[1]
Synopsis[]

On one occasion, the Grand Witch Nebulis openly attacked both Iska and Alice just on the outskirts of the city, disregarding the neutral grounds and the people who could've gotten caught in her vendetta.
