Nebulis I (ネビュリス1世, Nebyurisu Issei), also known as Alicerose Sophi Nebulis, was the younger twin sister of the Grand Witch Nebulis and a relative of Crosswell Nes Lubigate. She is the ancestor of the three royal families of the Nebulis Sovereignty.
Appearance[]
Alicerose wore a striking resemblance to Aliceliese, especially because of her blond hair and embarrassed expressions. Although, it should be noted that she was a lot more taller than Alice. She wore a white dress and a red bow on her head.
Personality[]
She disliked fighting and conflict.
History[]
When Crosswell recently came to the capital, Alicerose and her twin sister Eve let him stay at their place since he was a relative. Working in the mines, Alicerose was tasked with handing out supplies to the other miners. Not long after, Astral Energy was discovered and she became an Astral Mage, becoming a target of persecution by her own country.
During her escape from the Empire, Alicerose was wounded from a gunshot to her shoulder, where her Astral Crest was, while trying to protect a young family. Luckily, Emperor Yunmelngen arrived and allowed Alicerose and the other Astral Mages to escape. While Eve led the mages' rebellion and became known as the "Grand Witch Nebulis", other astral mages settled down in order to create a "paradise for all astral mages". Alicerose devoted herself to expanding their territory in order to stand against the Empire, turning 12 different countries into vassal states and then as part of the Sovereignty, becoming "Nebulis I" thereafter.[1] Sometime during the founding, Alicerose got married and gave birth to three daughters that became the founders of the Lou, Zoa, and Hydra Royal Houses.
Ten years after founding the Sovereignty and reigning as the first Queen, the wound on Alicerose passed away due to the wound on her shoulder never healing and becoming infected. Her death caused Eve to go on a rampage and forever cement her hatred for the Empire. Not knowing that the Grand Witch who set their country ablaze had a twin sister, the Heavenly Empire rejoiced when Alicerose passed away, thinking that their most feared enemy was gone. It was through her three daughters that the royal bloodline continued, forming the Lou, Zoa, and Hydra families from the present.
Relationships[]
Nebulis is her older twin sister. When Nebulis suffered injuries from fighting against the Empire, Nebulis I took her place to command and construct the Sovereignty.[2]

- Alicerose's Astral Crest was a green heart shaped crest on her shoulder, looking very similar to the crest and location of the Astral Crest of Mismis Klass.
- Alicerose looked nothing like her older twin, but hilariously, the Empire and many in the Sovereignty mistake her and Eve or even conflate the two into the same individual.
