Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World (キミと僕の最後の戦場、あるいは世界が始まる聖戦, Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjō, Arui wa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen) is an anime adaptation of the light novel series of the same name written by Kei Sazane and illustrated by Ao Nekonabe. A second season will premiere in July 2024.
Synopsis[]
Over a century, a war has been waged between the Empire and Nebulis. The Empire is scientifically advanced while Nebulis relies on star spirits. The empire demonizes Star spirit users as witches.
A swordsman from the empire with ambitions for peace meets the Princess of Nebulis who shares the same thought. They are pre-dispositioned as enemies, but their shared goal proposes something alternative.
