"Line of Descent: My Name is Elletear" (血脈　―イリーティアと申します―, Kechimyaku ―Irītia Tomōshimasu―) is the fourth episode of the KimiSen Season II anime series.

Synopsis

Upon her return to the palace, Alice finds out that Shuvalts has not reported back to Mirabella, causing Alice and Mirabella to worry over his disappearance. Elletear urges that they must go bring back Sisbell as soon as possible and decides to take that task onto herself. Meanwhile, Sisbell has spiked a fever from all the stress she’s been under, and takes this opportunity to have Iska take care of her...

Anime Differences

• Sisbell gets sick instead of depressed after learning of Shuvalts' disappearance. Additional scenes of Iska taking care of Sisbell are anime-exclusive.
• Rin's bust-enhancing routines are shown instead of mentioned. In the novel, Sisbell exposes Rin's embarrassing secret because she was cold towards Iska.
• Scenes involving the Saint Disciples infiltrating the Nebulis Sovereignty are anime-exclusive, as they don't appear in the story until the actual invasion.
