Grugell is a member of the Hydra family, one of the three royal families in the Nebulis Sovereignty.

Grugell is the infamous witch that crushed a whole company of the Fifth Division and put 20 armored vehicles out commission by herself. Jhin immediately recognized her due to the clothes she was wearing.[1]
Hadn't Grugell and the Ice Calamity Witch appeared simultaneously in two different battlefields, one would've thought they were one and the same. Even now, if snow started falling on the battlefield, Imperial soldiers were told to retreat immediately. That was how strong Grugell was.[1]

After the Hydras attacked the Lou family villa, Unit 907 and Sisbell tried escaping through a secret passageway. However, what awaited them at the other end was Grugell. The group turned back, but Grugell followed them and froze the hallway they were standing in, causing frost to settle on their bodies and snow to pile on the ground.
Abilities[]
Snow: Grugell's astral power which allows her to manipulate snow. Her powers are cold enough to freeze her surroundings and make metal brittle.

- Because Grugell refers to herself as a descendant of the Revered Founder, but doesn't have Nebulis in her name, it can be implied she is a distant relative like Vichyssoise.
