Liesbaden is eight state of the Nebulis Sovereignty.
History[]
Like the other states of the Sovereignty, Liesbaden was once an independent nation that resisted the military pressure Heavenly Empire before joining the Sovereignty as a vassal state.[1]
These twelve states would later come together under the central state to form a thirteen-state union.
Because Liesbaden sat at the border of the Sovereignty, it prospered from trading with the Neutral Cities. The roads were beautifully maintained, and people peacefully walked through them. Due to it being a former independent nation, there were still regular humans living in Liesbaden.[2]

Felix Hotel[]
The Felix Hotel is a luxury hotel used by wealthy tourists and company socials.[3] It was used by Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX and Unit 907 during their stay in Liesbaden.
South Altoria[]
A terminal station located on the southern tip of the vast state, connecting to the central state by continental railway. It not only functioned as a terminal station but also incorporated a shopping center, hotels, and a composite of other establishments.[4]
Trivia[]
- Liesbaden was known as the birthplace of literary masters.
