Saril Vribran was an impressionist court painter of the Heavenly Empire.
Personality[]
Vribran would only paint landscapes of places like city streets, roads, or harbors without a single person in any of them. His subjects would always be inanimate and his colors dark, but his paintings were still incredibly passionate.
Iska and Alice felt like he must've been a quiet person on the outside, suppressing the intense feelings inside of him. But his paintings would show you his true personality, and that's why they liked his works.[1]
History[]
Vribran lived 150 years ago, so he was an oil painter before the hundred-year war with the Astral Mages.[1]
Somewhere around that time period, Vribran painted The City in the Colors of Twilight, one of the paintings that would be displayed in the museum of Ain about a century and a half later, as part of an exhibition dedicated to him.

- The Anime spells his name as Salil Viblanc, as shown in the ticket that Iska was holding in Episode 2.
