The Special Defense for Humankind is an special division of the Empire's military, whose sole focus is to defend humanity against the threat of witches.

Sixth Division

This division contains the assassination and intelligence units. The intelligence unit has personnel all over the world that gather information about any hostile activity aimed towards the Empire. While the assassination unit carried out covert operations to eliminate purebreds, or so it is said, though no one actually knows how the 6th division truly works.

• In the anime, the 907th unit was changed to N07 unit, and it's possible that the N stands for "Nine". This is further supported when the 104th was introduced as unit O04, as O would match with "One".
